Want Starcraft on your DS? I don’t see why you shouldn’t get it, pick up a copy now!

Two french developers have begun to recreate Starcraft from the ground up for the NDS, calling it StarLite. It’s extremely alpha-esque, but hey, it’s a start! They’ve already released two versions, currently at .02, so this project isn’t going anywhere. As well, Blizzard hasn’t sent them their traditional “WTF u doin’ noobs!” letter, so they’ve got free reign for the moment. Let’s hope they get an enjoyable and functional game before this happens.
