Before the announcement of SC2, a group of dedicated SC fans were laboring to recreate SC on the WC3 engine. Realizing that SC2 isn’t SC1 in the least, they’ve decided to continue their work. Similarly to StarCraft itself’s demo, Project Revolution has released a full terran demo.

Note that these are NOT from SC, these are actual 3d models!

I’ve been following Project Revolution for a loooong time now, and I’m surprised at their sheer tenacity. It looks like they’re going to actually finish it, and I’m thrilled.
